Board of KPI Green Energy recommends special dividend As on : 06-May-26 13:59
KPI Green Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 3%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
